    Crandall's work for Warren was magical, and this is one of his best.

      Reed Crandall, Frank Frazetta, Steve Ditko, Wally Wood, Alex Toth, Archie Goodwin, Gray Morrow, Al Williamson, Gene Colan, John Severin and Angelo Torres did inspired work for those early Warren books. Right up there with Kirby's work at Marvel and never to be surpassed in my humble opinion!

      It was a great time to be a kid and reading comics!!
