The Girl Who Kept Faith

Published In 1948 Issue
#68 Of Thrilling Comics
With Art By Frank Frazetta,
Art Saaf And Ralph Mayo.

  1. Could they squeeze any more adventure in a comic without it exploding?

Louie Lazybones seems like a knock off/rip off of Lil' Abner.

Last thing of notice, the artists had a thing for 'headlights' back then ;)

  2. Frank Frazetta later went on to draw Lil' Abner for Al Capp during the 50's and early 60's.

    "Headlights' sold comics!

  3. I can imagine how these older artists felt when some punk kid of 17 who could draw circles around them walked in off the streets!
