I feel as if the ending of this story is only the beginning... I absolutely adore the artwork in this tale-especially all the muted colors.
Mike Kaluta did some great work in the early 70's and he still does great work too. I just wish he did more!And yeah it almost look like a black and white story but the muted colors work.
Yes. Kaluta did fantastic work in the 70's and 80's, and he's one of the few of the greats from that era who is still doing consistently great work. I'd love if you could follow up posting Kaluta's story from HOUSE OF SECRETS 98, "Born Loser", 8 beautiful pages along with a nice Kaluta cover and intro splash page. There are many books that are worth owning just because they have Kaluta covers. TIME WARP 1-6 for example. Or just about any covers Kaluta did for HOUSE OF MYSTERY, HOUSE OF SECRETS, and DC's other mystery titles.
