My first exposure to Mort Meskin's art were the 1960's DC mystery titles. I didn't care for it but learned later this was Meskin in his declining years. When I discovered his earlier work, especially with Jerry Robinson, I was blown away.
ReplyDeleteThis book has some nice Meskin art. I used to confuse his (Mort Meskin) artwork with early Kirby.
