Bread of Madness was my favorite from this comic. I can't quite say why, I guess the art worked well with the tale.
Rider in the Storm was another retelling of the ghostly hitchhiker tale, which isn't a bad thing. A version to listen to spoken by the immortal Vincent Price- A Graveyard of Ghost Tales The Lavender Evening Dress https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i37lBW7N20Q
It wouldn't surprise me if there are differing versions of the ghostly hitchhiker throughout the world. Its one of those legendary tales where the origin is lost to time.
The Ghostly Hitchhiker tales is a classic urban legend for sure. Wasn't there a Twilight Zone episode with a ghostly hitchhiker? I remember the line 'Going My Way" in an episode with a hitchhiker.
I'm gonna listen to the Vincent Price audio right now thank for telling me about it!
