This one is adorable! I easily predicted what the fourth fortune was going to turn out to be--but I didn't predict the other three to turn out to be Fool's Gold in the end.
ReplyDeleteA good tale! I was struck by the interesting and strange title of this story and by the fantastic art by Doug Wildey of Johnny Quest fame.
ReplyDeleteI agree, although the title is a bit misleading as it's not that Don hates good luck--or is overly lucky, but rather that he has to ditch three fortunes to get to the final and best one.
