A unique twist on the fairy tale plot prince-turned-into-frog. She did warn him that she was a part of the fog and marsh, he couldn't say he wasn't warned.
ReplyDeleteThis tale had a hint of Lovecraft to it, creature of the marsh and darkness haunting the grounds of the castle the fair maid with a sinister secret, the warning to leave before it was too late, etc.

The art on this one is great. The giant frogs remind me of the Loveland frog legend.
