This was a bittersweet post of Charlton Comics for me. As a kid I bought my first Charlton Comic in a place called Zern's Farmers Market, Zerns closed down this year on September 30th after 96 years in business. Its tough to lose a part of your childhood memories.

Wow 96 years was a great run for a market. Sad to hear it is now gone. All the old places I used to buy books are mostly gone too even the comic shops.
