Sutton did a particularly nice job on this, and that first page really starts things out right.
ReplyDeleteThere's a definite intersect between the art styles of Sutton & Mike Ploog, and Doc in this story definitely hits it. On the other hand, Ernie's got a real Jack Davis vibe going on. Great artists all.
I Can see the Will Eisner influence on both Sutton and especially Mike Ploog.
