Because my first exposure to Crandall art was via Creepy and Eerie I never quite thought of him as a superhero artist. And while I still don't think it's his strongest point this is some really nice stuff.

ReplyDeleteThis early Crandall art is very nice. A lot looser than his later Warren artwork. Crandall later became more of an illustrator.
