I can almost imagine in the future the moon Titan as a tax shelter, or banks on Mars as the new Switzerland.

Yeah that was pretty good. These old books are great fun! Great art by Krigstein.
ReplyDeleteI would have been hard pressed to recognize these as Krigstein. Although dated 1952 I have to wonder if they weren't done a year or two earlier, as they look nothing like his EC work of only a year later.
ReplyDeleteYou can see the Caniff influence in his early art though. Looks a little like Frank Robbins too.
