Whoever compiled this issue did a good job of pulling stories from different eras that had a kind of roughness and stylistic idiosyncrasy in common to create a cohesiveness to the whole thing. Stories weird and wonderful one and all.
Yeah I just bought issue 57 Of Ghostly tales, which was a reprint issue, and it had a Wally Wood tale which is cool plus a Ditko Monster biker tale. It's probably been posted here somewhere.
It was good to see one of Rudy Palais' later work in horror. A last hurrah for one of the pre code artists.
