ReplyDeleteIt is a shame the text stories were get ignored by so many comics readers back then.
If these text tales were compiled into a book of two page tales, sort of like the Two
Minute Mysteries books, then these tales would finally get some appreciation.
Interesting factoid: text stories, as most comic contained through the early 60's were used to satisfy U.S. Postal Service requirements for magazine rates
