  1. I like this one, it's a bit lengthy for a pre-code story, but is light on the filler. A lot of good art, the 3D-ish corpse and all the scared close ups.

    It's got that weird pre-code morality where just being a relative of a bad person means you deserve their fate.

    The single page ghost story is fun, it's like the kind of short stories you'd see in books of ghost story collections.

  2. These books are a lot of fun and the art can be very good. Bob McCarhey's at reminds me of Jack Kamen and Jack Davis in some panels which is a good thing.
